Not a lot to report on here. In full summertime mode.
Fish are digging in and staying dug in until early morning and evening.
The temperature has been in the low 90s to over 100 degrees.
Fishing during the day has been hard.
Last trip out on the McCloud I did well on a articulated leach fished on a 200 grain sink tip in some of the deeper water. Still seeing a good number of stone flies.
Better fishing ahead in September through mid November.
